Our property Management company does a very good job in ensuring the house is sparkle clean and ready for guests. 

Additional Details:

- IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.

- Parking: 1 car is allowed at the driveway. Additional cars should be parked in the common parking areas in the resort. If you are bringing in RV, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

- Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.

- Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays. 

- Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee

- Lastly PETS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit

- Cleaning Procedure: In response to COVID-19, enhanced cleaning procedures are adopted to include sanitizing and disinfecting all the high-touch surfaces and items.

- FOOD DELIVERY: All major food delivery services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats, Instacart, Amazon Fresh, Walmart+, Shipt can deliver with ease within the Windsor Hills Community.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
